Good day to you, citizen and welcome to my photoblog! Will you take a seat please? Oh, where are my manners, I totally forgot to introduce myself. My name is Ilya and I come from the capital city of The Motherland — Moscow. Everything you will find on this site is my attempt to catch and share all the beautiful moments I see in my real life :) My favourite genre is portrait, I also like to take photos of random stuff with wide-open aperture :D
My grandfather was a good photographer, I still remember how we used to sit in the bathroom with one red lamp for hours processing his new photographs :D I tried to use the equipment he left, but failed: exposed films lied in cabinet for months… Processing them alone was not funny at all and I decided to switch to digital ;)
Sometimes I get out with my old Zenit film camera and a 50mm lens but that's only for myself — I never scan them nor show them to anyone. All of the photos you can see on this site come from the digital cameras.
